MSP ticketing system

A service desk that knows the client.

Every ticket in Opcrunch sits next to the client’s agreement, devices and SLA clock, so technicians start with the whole picture and time lands where it gets billed.

Tickets in, from everywhere

Email to ticket

Forward your support mailbox. New emails open tickets and replies thread by ticket number, attachments included.

RMM alerts

NinjaOne, Datto RMM, N-able and Syncro alerts become tickets on the right client and device.

Client portal

Clients raise and follow their own requests, and reply without email ping-pong.

Recurring tickets

Monthly patching, quarterly reviews and backup checks open on schedule with their checklist.

SLAs you can actually keep

SLA policies

Response and resolution targets by priority, counted in business hours.

Pause when waiting

The clock stops while you wait on the client and restarts when they reply.

Due-soon and breached

The dashboard lists what is about to breach, so it gets picked up in time.

Satisfaction ratings

Clients rate closed tickets; ratings are reported by month and by technician.

Work becomes billable time

Timer on the ticket

Start and stop on the ticket; the entry carries the client, agreement and rate.

Agreement rules applied

Included hours, prepaid blocks and overage are worked out as time is recorded.

Approval, then invoice

Approved time flows onto the next invoice with nothing re-keyed.

Questions

Can I keep my support email address?
Yes. You forward your existing mailbox to Opcrunch; clients keep emailing the address they know.
Does it work with my RMM?
Alerts from NinjaOne, Datto RMM, N-able and Syncro become tickets. Device inventory is also read from Atera, ConnectWise RMM, Kaseya VSA and Action1. Opcrunch never writes back to your RMM.
Can I bring my old tickets?
Yes. Tickets and notes come across from ConnectWise and Autotask, and tickets from HaloPSA, as part of the free migration.

$49 per technician. No contract. Free migration.

Every module in one tier, with unlimited clients and free portal users.
